Fred Beazley wanted to give back to the community that gave so much to him while he was growing up. Thus, the Beazley Foundation was born.
Mr. Beazley had a warm spot in his heart for young people who were less fortunate than he. The initial programs of the Foundation involved building and operating recreation centers and a dental clinic with an emphasis on the youth of the City.
*NOTICE: As a result of the prolonged and continuing recession and attendant depressed investment markets, the Foundation has suspended consideration of grants, subject only to urgent needs as determined in the sole discretion of Foundation.
Prior to submission of any grants, applicants should contact the Foundation office to present the intent of the request.
